TC08 & GA4089 |
Designed for the auto industry for monitoring disc brake temperatures. The design incorporates a fully floating shoe onto which a miniature M.I. thermocouple is mounted. The spring pressure setting may be adjusted by means of a set screw and lock nut. Available with Insulated or Grounded hot junctions, complete with mini plug. Also available in Duplex form. Also available with the thermocouple formed around the spring for additional support in rugged environments.UTL ref. GA4089 |
TC09 |
A lower cost alternative to style TC08 available with grounded hot junction only. A flattened bead is brazed to extension cable to form a grounded hot junction, and is secured by a spot welded clip onto a spring steel arm. The thermocouple wires are insulated from the spring steel by means of a ceramic insert. |
TC25 |
This Graphite tip thermocouple is another example of the rubbing thermocouple, providing an accurate, durable and reliable probe at a lower cost. This assembly can also be fitted with a stainless steel overbraid for greater mechanical protection. Neoprene rubber boots and connector clips are available for this and the above assemblies. |
